Breisach, Germany

Built on the Musterberg hillknown as the gateway to the Black Forest, Breisach overlooks the Rhine valley and the houses of the town. As a significant stronghold of the Holy Roman Empire in the 16th century, Breisch is a wonderful example of medieval art and architecture and houses one of Europe’s largest wine cellars.

Take a tour of Riquewihr, a picturesque place that looks much as it did back in the 16th century.  The gorgeous buildings are breathtaking and dainty wine shops are scattered throughout this lovely town.
